  7. Welcome to Angband for the Amiga!
  8.  
  9. This is the distribution of Angband 2.6.1 compiled for the Amiga.
  10.  
  11. I make no claims to the working of this product.  
  12. (see the guide book in libs/files for full disclaimers, and such. )
  13.  
  14.  
  15. The only changes I made to the source was the addition of several
  16. "#ifdef (AMIGA)"'s.
  17.  
  18.  
  19. To get this to run do the following:
  20.  
  21.  
  22. cd <dest dir>
  23. lha -x x <source dir>/angband261.lha
  24. assign Angband: <dest dir>
  25. stack 100000                ;  you may be able to get by with less
  26. angband -u<char name>
  27.  
  28.  
  29.  
  30. where <dest dir> is where you want the game to be located; 
  31.     i.e. dh0:games/angband/
  32.   <source dir> is where you dowloaded this archive; i.e. dh0:download/
  33.   <char name> is the name of the your character; i.e. Christopher.
  34.  
  35.  
  36.  
  37. For anything else consult the files in angband:lib/files/
  38.
